Easy to use and quick feedback.
It's very easy and user friendly. No need to visit doctor chamber for physiotherapy and wait in que. Any complaint or issue with system is directly addressed by manufacturer with quick and fast replacement of spare parts. Please use and order the product now.

Fumes coming out of the wire .
There is burnt smell coming out of the Machine. And fumes coming out from the wire that is used to plug in with the socket.

Great product - some initial problems but overall great
I had a slight problem with this machine at the beginning because after a day or two one of TENS channels stopped working. The same thing happened twice with two different machines. However. I will still give it five star rating because of the prompt and efficient help I received from the customer care team. On both occasions when the machine malfunctioned, as soon as I texted them on Whatsapp I received a reply, and when they understood what the problem was, they immediately arranged to have the machine replaced and within two or three days the old machine was taken away and a new one delivered. Full marks for their service. The machine that I have now works very nicely and has a most beneficial effect.

Ok product not that great
I Was thinking I will get same therapy as that of in center but it was not, disappointing experience. TENS output was not pulsating rather there is no difference between continous and pulse mode. Both are same. Change in higher frequency will cause problems. Bag given was damaged also inside papers got cut by sharp object as well. So it shows negligence from seller. No response on whatsapp.

Good modality woking nice.
Using this modality from last 2 months working very fine and easy to use. Gives pain relief at satisfactory level. Overall still working good i am happy with the service and value for money.

Great product, would recommend.
The machine is value for money for sure compared to other tens product. It is helpful for pain relief, my parents have started using it. Especially liked the follow up call on the product and they also did a video call to clarify any questions. It's been just one week of use will add on later. 20-Feb
