Puvi Cold Pressed Gingelly/Sesame Oil (Virgin, Chekku/Ghani) (5 LTR)

Excellent product. Pure . Go for it . I am using it since for years now.

I have been cooking since college days and try to buy the purest ingredients. I recently bought Puvi Sesame Seed Oil and I must say its unlike any other brand I have hitherto used. Its quite splendid and I love its taste. Thanks for this great product.

Puvi cold pressed sesame oil takes me back to my childhood in Madras where we used to get our 'nallennai' from the local oil- press. It smells just like sesame oil should, has a great taste, and makes for very good dosas etc; excellent for molagai podi too. The price may appear expensive but then, good quality always commands a price. The company, represented by its owner, Rajesh, places great store on the quality of their oil and reaches out to customers through emails. Given the excellent product and the ethical values shown by the company, I'm very glad I found this brand.

Excellent oil

Being in the restaurant business I keep hearing claims about organic, pure, sustainable and green from a lot of oil manufacturers. Most of the times they disappoint. As a Chef for me, even the slightest change in the properties meant lost business. So after reading previous reviews and getting in touch with the manufacturer, I bought this for our restaurants. The manufacturer was patient and supportive in answering all my questions. What you see and hear about this oil on their page is what you get. No adulteration, the perfect smell, taste and freshly pressed. The plus point is that they use traditional methods to make oil. This is exactly what I wanted for my customers at the restaurant. I am extremely happy with the product. It passed all tests - Colour, Odour, heating recognition and taste. I would highly recommend this brand.
