Mr. Food's cookbooks are usually easy recipes that taste good. This book is no exception. There are colour photos of most dishes, although a recipe such as cinnamon breakfast wreath is strangely missing one and you need to be able to see how this dish should turn out as a finished product. There are many tips; make ahead, preparation and making the dish more festive.The book contains recipes for; Christmas breakfast, appetizers and munchies, soups and salads, bread, entrees, side dishes, survival meals, desserts, cookies and bars, drinks and gifts from the kitchen. The instructions are easy to read and follow.We have fixed many of these recipes and enjoyed them: broccoli and cheese quiche, cheddar `n' egg pinwheels, black forest salad, olive focaccia, roasted citrus duck, spiral baked potatoes, no-bake eggnog cheesecake and pretzel squares.This is definitely a nice addition to your cookbook collection.

I love the Mr. Food test kitchen cookbooks, I received the 'Christmas made Easy' cookbook today and its so nice. It has lots of wonderful recipes that have very simple instructions and best of all a ton of full color photos-awesome!
