I waited to review these until I could really try them out. Normally, I fish alone but last week I went fishing with six other people and it was interesting to see how well these Lunker Pro weights performed. Everyone was using a slip sinker setup with traditional metal egg weights. I had the lunker pro. There we were, all lined up on the bank throwing our lines. Mine was effortless to cast and went twice the distance out to the nice deep water where the big trout were. My friends couldn't figure out how I was casting that far. LOL. The lake was rocky and they kept getting snagged and losing their gear. Not me, I kept fishing and catching all day long. These Lunker Pro weights are buoyant on retrieve, floating upward off the bottom. Their fat shape also keeps them from getting caught between the rocks and their bright colors seems to attract the fish. In a few hours, I had caught more fish than all of my friends combined, and everyone was asking to try my rig.
