Good tablets of Omega 3 with flax seeds
I was searching for Omega 3 capsules made from plant and are vegetarian. I checked the same from Nature's Velvet. They are made up of flax seeds. Also price is comparatively low. I would say this is good product and value for money as well.

It really good veg source omega fatty acids . No burping at all . Quite effective . Good alternative to fish oil.
