so be prepared--this is THE BEST BRA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE
Okay for real, I want to cry because--and I mean this, so be prepared--this is THE BEST BRA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Yes, you read that correctly. Needs to be said again for clarity: THE BEST BRA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I'm 31, fat, and have uneven breasts. Basically, wearing bras has been a purgatory of misery for most of my life. I have tried it all; I've suffered, I've had to feel bad about myself, be irritated, go broke, have chest pain, the list goes on. Bras are a bane of my existence! So because I have the best luck in the universe, the under wire popped out of TWO of my bras last week within 24 hours of each other. Yep, that happened. I had to act fast.... I'm a college secretary, I don't have time to play games with how my chest looks. Came to Amazon to find a bra on Prime and found this bra, watched the video and honestly I didn't put too much faith into this because I've never had a "good" bra. It arrived quickly and I immediately accepted that it is pretty and went on with my day. Was delighted to see that it fit perfectly (44c). Didn't believe in the "no slip" statement because I've been fooled many times before, so I was surprised to realize that neither strap slipped once in the 12 or so hours that I had it on. It lifts, straps stay put, the price is literally a Godsend... especially with the plus size stores out there wanting to make me broke, and for what? Exactly, for NOTHING! No more garbage mall bras for $40 for this girl! I WILL be buying THIS bra again and again, in as many of the colors I can get my grubby little hands on.

Impressive for the price
My usual measurements are 36 under the bust and around my rib cage, and 42 around the bust, so all my bras are 36F. I am currently pregnant with our third baby, however, and my cup size pretty much went up two cups overnight. I swear, I could feel them expanding, and Lawd save me- I’m only thirteen weeks pregnant. I am still a 36 in band size, but have blossomed into an H cup with a bust measurement of 44 inches. As a busty woman in her mid thirties, I don’t mess around with garbage bras. No Lane Bryant crap for me either- if it doesn’t last and do the job for at least three years, I’m not wasting my money on it.My favorite bras are Elomi (I also have had luck with Anita and La Mystere) which I frequently find on sale (look online, and they can often be found in the $30-50 range, which is excellent) But. I’m pregnant and have six months to go, and who knows what these beauties are going to do once my milk comes back in. I need something to carry me through the next six months, and then my size is likely to change again.I’ve ordered (and returned) quite a few bras in the twenty dollar range off of amazon already, and here is what I can tell you:The Vanity Fair bra looks nice but isn’t the most amazing bra I’ve ever worn, it seems sturdy enough with decent enough fabric and stitching that it should last a couple years. It’s perfectly smooth, so it will work with Jersey knits and under thin fabrics. The bra is true to size, has great lift and shape, and gets the breasts looking perky as well. It’s comfortable, and seems like a work horse kinda bra- not too flashy, but gets the job done. The only slight oddity with this bra is that on me it seems to push my breasts slightly outward so that they are pointing more to my left and right than usual. Because I really need bras that fit RIGHT NOW I am going to overlook this minor glitch, because my husband didn’t think it was noticeable and he was really staring. Bless his heart. I’d give this bra three stars normally, but it gets an extra half star at the moment because of the low price and it suits what I need right now.The Bali Passion For Comfort minimizer bra was the worst on me, smashing my breasts flat in the center and then turning them to the east and west corners of the globe... odd effect.Lilyette by Bali Women’s Beautiful Support Lace Minimizer is well made with sturdy fabric, and seems like it will last a while, but I don’t entirely love the minimizing effect. True to size- It has decent lift, but does flatten them slightly, which probably just isn’t for me. If you DO want to look a cup size smaller this would be a good pick. The Lilyette by Bali Women’s Enchantment Three Section Minimizer Bra looks lovely on. It is true to size, and is a pretty bra, comfortable to wear, and gives excellent lift and shape. No spilling out over the top while I’m gardening, chasing my kids, and walking, and no digging in or discomfort. It has zero minimizing effect on me at all, so I’m not sure why it was labeled as a minimizer. Although this has been my favorite twenty dollar amazon bra thus far, the problem I foresee with this bra is that the lining is super thin and flimsy- this bra can never go into a dryer, and honestly you NEED a garment bag to wash it in or it will likely come apart and snag in the wash. I’m going to hand wash and line dry these. Because I only need it for six months, I believe it will hold up with extra care. I sincerely doubt the bra’s ability to last over a year though, if that.Delimira women’s full coverage non-foam floral lace underwired bra: oh wow, this bra is pretty on. I got it in my current size, but the lace on the cups is so stretchy and loose that the cup itself provides no lift or support. The back band is also extremely stretchy, so even on the tightest set of hooks, it feels a bit loose, and no real support is happening here. All the support rests on the shoulder straps, which are also verrrrrry stretchy. This bra looked so nice on me I wanted to keep it, but realistically once I wore it a few times it would stretch out to the point where it would be utterly useless. I am going to go down a band size and see if that helps, but I can’t currently recommend this for an all day wear if you like a lot of lift. This would be a wonderful bra for wearing around the house and looking sexy in!Delimira Women’s Beauty Lace Non Padded Minimizer Full Figure Underwire Bra - Delimira seems to be slightly off with sizing, and they love crazy stretchy fabrics. I’m working on getting the sizing right, and will review the Delimira bras later on this week.Hope this helps!!!

(My last good bra betrayed me after almost 2 years of faithful ...
So let me start by saying that I'm very picky about bras. I'm a 42DD and find it challenging to find a bra that fits well. (My last good bra betrayed me after almost 2 years of faithful service. Lol) I got this one yesterday and I'd say it's not the best I've gotten, but certainly not the worst. The straps do stay in place, but dig in a little. The back has 4 hooks and smooths! The cups are lined well enough to provide nipple coverage, yet thin enough to not make my boobs look bigger than they already are. The underwire, however is flimsy, so I'm sure it'll snap in no time. And the cups pull my boobs apart and make them look like one is trying to head east and the other is trying to head west. (I really don't know how else to describe this! Lol) So basically it's a $20 bra that will get me through until my good bras from a major plus size company arrive in a few days.

I found the VS bras to be less comfortable, more expensive and I began experiencing sizing issues
I wasn't sure what to expect from this bra comfort and fit wise, but I decided to give it a try. Most of my life, I've been a VS customer, but over the past several years, I found the VS bras to be less comfortable, more expensive and I began experiencing sizing issues. Not a good combination, and yes, some of the VS bras are for longer wear and not just 10 minutes and then it flies off. Anyway, I began looking for an alternative, and after lots of searching, I decided to give Vanity Fair's full coverage a try. I'm so happy I did. This bra is the most comfortable bra I've owned in years; I'm in love. It's well made, smooth under clothing, it actually cradles the breast as it should and covers properly (no squeezing or cutting), and it's very soft against the skin. Wonderful product, and please believe me when I say that once you've worn a not so great bra that does nothing in the way of comfort or support, and you find a different bra does that does everything right, you'll want the better bra. It exceeded my expectations, and now I plan to be a loyal customer. So long VS, I'm going with a better model that actually looks and feels great, and is more affordable. Thank you Vanity Fair for a wonderful product, and please continue to keep your high quality standards, in doing so I'll be a customer for life and I recommend this product to every woman who's dreamed of having a bra that feels good, looks good, lifts and supports and is affordable. Oh, and I was NOT PAID or GIVEN A DISCOUNT for my review. I paid full price; my review is because I love the bra.

Super comfy and supportive
I like this bra. It really does rein in the sides, and it's super comfy! Because if the side design it doesn't dig in , but you still get the benefit of underwrite. I think it does smooth the back a bit, at least it feels like it does, which is great. It's very supportive, which is hard to find for me. My only complaint is that the straps could adjust a bit more, they are a little tight. I have short shoulders but I still feel like the straps dig in a touch and could be slightly longer. So if you are really tall it might end up riding up in the back.(I was a professional bra fitter so I know how things are supposed to fit.)

WIRE FRICTION
DIFFERENT OPINION HERE: So this is the first time I buy a bra online. I’ve always worn two straps and I’m large breasted girl, so it’s always been so uncomfortable!!! I read the reviews on here and it seemed to be amazing so I order the size I believe I am and the fit isn’t bad! I MUST say the four strap is LIFE changing. Although, IT WAS LEGIT RUBBING MY TUMMY RAW! I didn’t understand, but when I compare my other bras.. after the wire they have so me more fabric that goes around. THIS ONE DIDNT AND I LEGIT COULDNT BARE WEARING IT FOR A DAY. It was so uncomfortable!!! It was all I thought about at work. I AADOREEE the fabric and four straps. I tried everything to fix the pain the wire caused but it didn’t do much! So sad it hurts, hoping to stop this from happening to someone that isn’t to Familiar with buying bras online..

If you don’t want a minimizing bra this isn’t for you!
FYI it doesn’t say it in the description but this is definitely a minimizer bra. It’s job is to push your breasts out towards your armpits and flatten them a bit to make them look smaller. So if this is not something you can live with I wouldn’t recommend this bra! However it is one of the most comfortable wired bras I’ve worn. The straps actually stay in place and nothing digs into you. It’s hype about smoothing out your back fat is mostly just hype but it does do a better job of it than a lot of bras.
