Cheap Product / Poor Customer Service
These are super cute but not comfortable. The fleece collars aren't sewn correctly so they stick out rather than lying down. I ordered two pairs and collars have the same problem. Before these were shipped, I tried to cancel the order but the merchant replied that they had already been shipped (not true) and suggested I give them away as a gift if I didn't like them, rather than returning. There reason - mailing back would be too expensive.Cheap price often means cheap quality. In this case, it proves true. Don't waste your money.

Love these but the hooks for the laces about 4 of them came off now I can't wear them till I find out how to fix it

These ankle high heel boots fit very strangely.
All of my shoes are the same size and they all fit perfectly. I suggest when purchasing these shoes to get a size bigger than your normal size

The company was great but I returned them because they were not what I was looking for and they were a little to big for me. I didn't realize the heel was made out of plastic and I need something more durable for what I wanted them for.
