I love this product much better than expected and a great price. I looked at waist training products that cost a lot more but after reading some reviews I decided to go for this one because if it didn’t work it’s not a lot of money to spend. It’s hard to put on at first, once on it doesn’t ride up. Also good support for my lower back. Build up wearing time over a week but don’t sleep in it. I’m so impressed I’m going to order a spare one.

Nice and breathable but poor quality. Boning came out in 4 wears. Not worth paying postage to send back.

The metal wires have come out , first time wearing it . Very comfortable to wear but when the wires came out it was really badly digging into my body , pushed them in multiple times but the keep popping out
