BlenderBottle Classic Shaker Bottle Perfect for Protein Shakes and Pre Workout, 28-Ounce, Clear/Black/White

Definitely worth it. Bought two of these for my hubby and myself. We are getting into drinking protein shakes and other drinks that require good mixing. Honestly I am fine with just using a regular water bottle, but you end up with chunks of unmixed powder and/or it is slightly gritty. In less to the same amount of time of shaking, this bottle thoroughly mixes the powder while also "fluffing" the liquid so it has a sort of smoothie consistency to it. I was surprised with the whisker ball, didn't expect it to do as well as it did. I have been seeing other bottles with hard plastic objects for mixing and had considered purchasing one of those instead but, for the price, decided to give the Blender Bottle a try first and, again, worth it. The ball is flexible and very easy to clean and, though I haven't looked into it, I hear are easy to replace if they are damaged. The bottle itself is very sturdy and well built. The flip lid fits tightly to ensure no leakage and creates a solid air-tight seal. The plastic on the bottle is thick and feels good in your hand. There are grips formed into it on either side. The ring on the lid for carrying the bottle has thoughtfully had a section covered in a softer plastic, making it more comfortable to loop around a finger as you walk around with it. So far the only drawback I have found (this is after about 2 weeks of use) is that the measurements are very, very faint. When filling the bottle with milk I completely lose sight of the markers so I had to go over my two references with sharpie. This I have to do once a week. It isn't troublesome enough to warrant removing a star, but definitely something to be aware of. It's about the same price as a regular water bottle so why not upgrade?

I really love this shaker bottle, even though I just started to use it yesterday. I have been working out for around 20 years. I have used various shaker cups for mixing my workout supplements, from Gatorade bottles to GNC powered mixers. I finally settled down to 2 GNC shaker cups 3-4 years ago, which mix well the supplements and are easy to clean. However, I can't mix one protein powder ( Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey Fast Digesting 100% Whey Protein 26 Servings, Red Velvet, 2 Pound ). It's the first time I buy and try this protein powder. No matter how hard I shook my shaker cup, I always see undissolved powder in the drink, which made the drink taste horrible. After I received my BlenderBottle shaker bottle yesterday, I gave it a try with the protein powder. The outcome was fantastic! The shaker cup mixed the protein powder so well that it makes the drink taste very smooth. I wouldn't believe I start to like the protein powder that I hated so much before. I consider this shaker cup to be the best among what I have used. It is well designed and manufactured. I had little concern when I read about questions/answers and learned the bottled are manufactured in China before I placed my order. After the "test run", I really like my new BlenderBottle shaker cup and all my concerns are gone. I ordered another one, which I will be using in my office.

The Blender Bottle was exactly as promised. I use the 28 oz Blender Bottle to mix my whey protein shakes in. As a bariatric patient, it is important that I consume a fair amount of protein each day. Using the Blender Bottle with the BlenderBall has made this seeming daunting task so much easier. I pour my liquid, usually cold coffee or almond milk, into the cup and then add they whey protein. After adding the BlenderBall and securing the lid, I shake it rather vigorously. I have purchased look-alike shakers before only to have them not fully mix my drink and often leak while I am shaking it. Do you know how horrible it is to have protein shake spray out on you? Yuck! I have been using my BlenderBottle for a few weeks now without any leaking or spraying. It has proven to be a solid product! The BlenderBall breaks up the protein powder clumps with ease! I have learned that if I don't shake it enough, some powder can get trapped in the drink spout so (like I said before) I shake the heck out of that thing. I am so pleased with the BlenderBottle product that I am likely to buy another so that I can have one at home or work.

My SO lost the ball in his previous shaker, so we got this one to replace it. It’s pretty standard, and overall would recommend. This shaker also makes sure that whatever you're blending stays really smooth. Sometimes, I use this for one of my supplements (which tastes horrible when clumpy), and the smoothness of the blend makes it *so* much better. The size is also great - if I want to double up on something, this bottle can hold enough to do so (without skimping on the liquid). It’s pretty easy to clean as long as you don’t have something super thick/powdery and let it sit. It’s also really convenient to have so that we don’t have to clean the blender every time he gets back from a workout.

I really love the Gen 2 bottles. They're a huge improvement over the Gen 1's. The plastics can stain, they do retain smell even after washing, and the rubber lining tends to degrade over time, which is why I give this four stars. The rounded base fixes the issue of powders settling into corners and not mixing, because there aren't any corners to do so. It also makes them so much easier to clean. These things do blow open if you put a carbonated drink mix into them, so be aware of that. The plastic is super thick, the lids are nice, and they take a serious beating. These things are high quality. If you like drinking shakes and mixes, you should really consider getting one! Or seven.

This is one of those products that you think you don't really need. It seems like a silly gadget to have cluttering up the kitchen when there are other things you already own that could just as easily do the same job. You think that until you get one. And then you wonder what on earth was wrong with you that you waited so long when such a great tool could have been yours for a measly eight bucks. I'm going to be completely honest with you. I do fancy myself an amateur chef, and I do make the occasional salad dressing, marinade, dipping sauce, what have you from scratch. And this is a fantastic tool for that. But the real reason I bought this bottle is because I really love chocolate milk, and the stuff that comes pre-made in a carton from the grocery store just doesn't hold a candle to the Nestle Quik I loved as a kid. But as we all know, making Nestle Quik with a glass and a spoon just never turns out the way you want it to. Either you spend 15 minutes mixing it up until your fingers cramp, or you just get it mixed completely and then have to drink it really fast before the unmixed mix starts to sink to the bottom. Not so with this little baby. Throw the Quik and milk in the bottle with the whisk ball, close and shake for 30 seconds or so, and you have cold, delicious Quik that stays mixed (not that I don't drink it really fast anyway). Then you just shake a bit of dish soap and hot water around in it, and it's easily cleaned and ready for your next chocolate craving. Sure, sure. You could make your gourmet sauces or whatever with it. But we all know what you're really going to use it for. And it's fantastic for that.

I am new to the world of shaker bottles. I didn't know what on earth I was looking for when it came to one. What makes one better or more useful than another? Is it because this one is clear and another one is eye-seering fuchsia. Is it because the ball inside this shaker is bigger than another? What are the answers to life? The answer is who the heck knows. I picked this one because it was cheap and looked good from the picture. And you know what? I picked correct. This is a great bottle for anyone. The little mesh ball is used to stir up protein powder. Protein powder clumps like you wouldn't believe and using just a spoon to stir it up just doesn't cut it. Get it? A spoon 'cutting' it? I'll see myself out after I post this review. One invaluable lesson if I could leave one with you fellow novice is make sure the cap is sealed. Shaking the cup without the cap sealed will spray protein flavored water all over you, the kitchen, the lights, the cat, the computer, everywhere. Don't believe me? I present Exhibit A: my vanilla scented apartment from me not sealing the stupid cap. My cat still won't talk to me and it's been months.

You can't ask for a better shaker bottle. There are many different kinds, but honestly, this bottle is really the best and most efficient. Its simple, easy to use, and there aren't many parts you have to take a part to clean it. If you are using this blender bottle to mix your protein powder, MAKE SURE TO CLEAN THE BOTTLE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. If you leave the protein shake in the bottle for a long period of time (anything longer than 2 days), you will quickly notice that the bottle will smell very foul. If this does happen to you, the smell is extremely hard to get out. my suggestion for trying to get the smell out is using boiling water over and over again, and cleaning it thoroughly. Trust me, save yourself the hassle and just clean the bottle as quickly as you can when you are done with your protein shake. The bottle itself is extremely durable, so you can be a little rough with it. Ive dropped the blender bottle on numerous occasions and it is built pretty well. I've thrown the bottle in the dishwasher and that seems fine as well, but it might just be a lot easier cleaning it by yourself. It really doesn't take long to clean.

I'll make this quick and easy to read: it's 10/10 This bottle is much better than what I expected ( a normal shaker bottle) - Good quality plastic - Nice texture outside - Good cap with no leak - Cap covers the mouth piece well so you wouldn't accidently touch it with your "dirty hands" - shakes well with no clumps - easy to open and close the lid - handle works well I have been using the sportmixer which is in the same brand, but I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing this shaker instead. The sportmixer shaker was good but lid is too tight open, and once you open it aggressively you can spill some liquid onto your clothes or at least on the ground, the lid is very strangely difficult to open after use, and idk why but sometimes the rubber cap stinks (I really don't do anything weird with my shakers lol). None of these issues occurred with this classic blenderbottle and I am definitely making this my to-go and willing to buy it again. You don't need any fancy electric shaker or other shaker. This cheap but yet amazing shaker will be your new pal., trust me

半年程使用してのレビューを書いてみます。 密封性が非常に高く、通常のスポーツドリンク携帯用としても、漏れる事は先ず有りません。 付属のスクリューボールのお陰で、大豆プロテインも全くダマに成りません。 今迄試した、どのプロテインシェイカーと比べても高性能だと思います。 値段が少し高めですが、耐久性も高い様なので、コスパも良いかと。 おすすめします。

No complaints about this bottle. So far, it has had a number of great points for me: 1) Does a great job at mixing. I've tried other models/methods of bottles, but this one works the best. It isn't always perfect, especially when using some thicker powders, but I have yet to find better. 2) Easy to clean -- I have had no problem rinsing with water/soap or putting it through the dishwasher. 3) Variable sizes. I wanted something bigger, so I went for the 28 oz model. 4) Sturdy cap. I don't have to worry about this thing popping open -- it takes a bit of pressure to open and close, which means I haven't had any issues of it popping open during transport or shaking. Overall, the best shaker bottle I've found yet.
