1883 Yuzu Lemon Syrup for Drinks, Made in France, 1 Liter Glass Bottle

I’m a barista and I have been for over five years and this brand easily takes the number one spot in my top three favorite syrup brands! It smells and tastes incredible it’s in a sturdy glass bottle that doesn’t easily chip or break and I’ve broken plenty of bottles in my time as a barista! the bottle is larger than other brands so it will likely last longer and is worth the slightly more expensive cost

I am always searching for yuzu flavored items. I like that this syrup is not too sweet and has a refreshing citrus flavor- light flavor, not overpowering. I'm not sure this tastes like the yuzu I know from my time in Japan, but maybe they taste different when grown in other parts of the world. This would taste great with a 'tom collins' type cocktail.

I love a light, low calorie mocktail on hot summer days, and I think I’ve found the perfect one, using this Yusu syrup (about half an ounce) topped with 6 ounces of sparkling water (I used Pellegrino) and served in a cocktail glass. It was pleasantly tart, very refreshing and elevated a stay at home evening. I look forward to trying this syrup in other ways, but this was a great start.

we were trying to recreate a Suntory Yuzu Highball from our favorite restaurant and it turned out great! this provides a great flavor without being tooooo sweet and no unnatural aftertaste! love it

I finally got to open this and I was very disappointed with the flavor. If you are used to Yuzu, this is more lemon-like than Yuzu. If I opened it earlier I would return it. Oh well you live and learn and I will avoid this brand going forward. On a side note, I tried the Monin Yuzu puree and it was so much better.

I first had this product in a sake cocktail at a top notch Japanese restaurant. Now I can make the same cocktail without spending $35 per person. It also makes a tasty lemonade when mixed with club soda or seltzer for a nonalcoholic drink.

I have bought this several times. This one was very weird. It did not have the same color as the others I bought, or the same flavor. Very disappointing. OK, just adding to this review now… Now it’s fermented. Waste of money I will never buy it again.

Ótimo para dar sabor à água sem gás ou com gás, já que basta uma pequena quantidade de xarope para aromatizar uma grande quantidade de bebida. Por isso, é muito econômico.

Goût difficilement perceptible du yuzu. La quantité de sirop à verser est le quadruple des sirops artisanaux ou de marques plus communes pour obtenir un goût plus sucré que citronné. Dommage.
