Will add a picture next time but this is great stuff.It’s probably only gf flour and a little bit of sugarThe secret is to separate the eggs. Stir the gf, milk and yokes with some vanilla and butter/oil.Whisk the egg whites until firm then fold them into the mixture.Then make perfect waffles!!!
