Do the sides come with it?

Yes, comes with sides. Caution: read my review of how flimsy the supporting/connecting "hardware" was (tubes that support roof of very soft metal, bent with mild breeze; connecting plastic brackets that fractured/broke from stresses caused by the same mild wind). Buyer beware.

Can one person assemble it easily?

No …needs at least 2 -3 persons

Can it be shortened? I can only fit 15' in my garage.

No it cannot be shortened. It is for outside. The 20 feet is the length. It sis 10 feet high.

Can I get 2 extra side panels ?

This tent is trash! I would avoid purchasing this item.
