What is the length of temples?

if you mean the length of the ear pieces, approximately 120 mm

Does it come with the case?

Yes it does... in fact case is really nice!!!!

Can I obtain replacement ear pieces only?

I don't know if they're available on Amazon anymore, I did buy a pair from Amazon in 2020, but attempting to buy them again leads to a page not found message.
