They FIT PERFECTLY !! VERY Pleased !!
SO Happy with my purchase ! These Tap Shoes arrived today and i'm thrilled they fit perfectly !! I wear a 9.5 and usually have trouble finding my size. (9 is too small and 10's are always too large !. ) I am always a bit hesitant to buy "shoes" of any kind online because there is that possibility i may have to return for exchange; such a hassle. I've been dancing around the house in my new tap shoes !! I'm just an adult beginner so the price of these tap shoes was ideal, as i didn't want to spend a bunch of money on this new activity.

So happy!
These are awesome! I didn't want to pay double-- so I bought these. They're nice and flexible and they fit perfectly. I had bought a cheap pair of shiny capezio brand tap shoes that were really stiff and heavy. I was worried about the sizing (my street-shoe size is 7.5) but I ordered 7.5 as recommended via the sizing tool and they fit nicely. I tried dancing with them and they are very comfortable and easy on my feet. Again, I'm so glad I bought these instead of paying double for others just like them!

Great tap shoes
Very happy with these shoes! I am new to tap dancing. I started my first class about a month ago and wanted shoes that don’t break the bank in case I don’t end up taking more classes. My dance instructor actually asked me where I bought them and said they are very well made as they have an extra layer of wood between the sole and the metal part which makes then nice and loud as I dance. The fit is great as well - I wear women’s size 8 and they fit me perfectly and are comfortable to dance in.

More than expected for the price
I had seen tapping shoes here on Amazon that were even cheaper than this one, but my main concern was whether the shoes would be comfortable instead of producing horrible blisters. I was considering purchasing Capezios because I already know the brand, but decided to give this one a try, since it is to be used for only one theater play. These are comfortable and have been worn several times already for rehearsal without causing any foot pain or blisters. The sizing chart is accurate and so I got the correct pair on first try. Just make sure to take foot measurements as described. The way the sole is split, makes for a novice to learn basic tapping movements much easier, I think. I really don't know how better it would have been if I had paid several dozens of dollars more on tapping shoes. Very happy with this purchase!

they are fine. Good practice shoe or shoe for a beginner ...
Wish they weren't so large, but with a thick sock, they are fine. Good practice shoe or shoe for a beginner who is trying to decide whether or not to invest in a more expensive shoe. VERY worth the price.

So comfortable!
I ordered these on a whim, figuring that it would be fun to tap along with my 4-year old as she learns new steps and is eager to teach me. Not expecting to wear them much, I didn't worry too much about the fit, but ordered a half size up as recommended. My feet are notoriously hard to fit (not sure why, I'm a standard US Women's 8) and most new shoes are a pain during the first few weeks and only start being comfortable when they are getting shabby. These arrived, and I quickly started wishing they didn't have the tap irons underneath. They are so comfortable I want to wear them as my everyday shoes! Perfect fit and excellent quality. I believe I'll tap a lot more than I thought I would.

fine for tapping in the garage
If you are just wanting to tap and haven't done it in a while... then these are your shoes. I don't think dance studios would like them, as they metal is a bit on the sharp side on the edges.. they are a bit clunky in the sound board and metal taps. I love the split sole. The sound is decent.. nothing compared to a tele tone. But if you are looking for a quick cheap option.. this is your lady. have fun!

Great shoe for price
Simple and clean design. Mine had no smell out of the packaging. Laces were basic and a bit too short, so I will replace those with someone more substantial. But...a great tap shoe for under $20!!! Form fitting, fit true to natural women's shoe size, solid heel, and taps with screws that you can tighten/loosen to get the sound you need. Flexible arch, which I like, not a rigid sole.I haven't tapped in 20 years since college, and I am starting up again. These are perfect shoes to start, then buy $80 Capezio later if I stick with it.
