A little pricey but it fit my watch perfectly snd brought it back to life. Would recommend.

This "capacitor" as it is called by Citizen, stores electricity produced by photocells built into the watch. You should use a case wrench to open the watch. The capacitor/battery is held in place by a metal strap that is screwed to the chassis. Rather than try and remove a very small screw, I simply bent the strap back to install the capacitor/battery. Care must be taken to align a copper tab on the capacitor/battery to properly seat it in the watch. After closing up, do a reset and let it sit in the window to charge up.

This cell was easy to install (hardest part was getting the watch back off). I was hoping that the watch would reset itself but I needed to call Citizen and they emailed me instructions to reset and re-zero the watch. I did have to charge the battery for several days in sunlight before resetting it.

This is the only battery which can work for Citizen models with the rechargeable capacitor.
