Absolutely no to recommend, bad customer service
I really wanted the mower so bad and was very excited. After this being my second robot mower and had my wires already setup from the other brand, it was easy for me just had to swap the charging station and it was ready to go after programming. When I first ordered a brand new one from Amazon (and that was as a black Friday promotion so I paid only $700 instead of $1500). But I received a used mower with only 1 battery instead of two and it was a different model than advertised and shipped/sold. The mower itself is actually different than others because it goes back and mows while going back to. That is what I wanted because my old mower always got stuck on the turn going into the next direction after getting close to the wire. So I had to send this mower in to Lawnbott at my own cost and did not get reimbursed for $65 dollar shipping. I bought this on Amazon from Lawnbott itself. I received an email from Lawnbott when I complained why I had to pay shipping on a brand new Lawnbott to the factory to swap it for the right model with 2 batteries as I paid for. Their answer was because I paid not the real price and only so little I had to pay. From here on my experience with the customer service went down, until today. I did than received a new mower, again, different model and old one as well with batteries from 2012. One was already dead on arrival and one would barely mow for 10 minutes after a full charge. I then received finally after another long argument and complaint a new set of batteries for this mower how it should have been from day one. So make sure upon arrival to open your mower and inspect the batteries that come with it. They ship out very old mowers because they don't sell many and this mower has been around for very long and they sell it as new models when the hardware is really not that new. These mowers are made since 2010 and only have gotten some new software in some cases. In April 2016 I discovered a new problem, my drive wheels come loose every other or 3rd time mowing and I have to keep taking it apart and secure the screws again with Looktite (Glue for screws to stay secured in place) to stay secure, but somehow they come getting loose. I have exchanged numerous emails with the customer service which is a lady. I have written back and forth the same old story over and over again, Explained like a monkey the same story over and over again. Sent pictures and part numbers on what needs to be changed. After dealing with this for over 6 month, I finally got an email that Lawnbott has not a new structure (as always when problems are coming up then they come up with that lying story that the structure has changed just to get out of the problems) and now I had to send the entire case and explain the same crap over again to their manufacture Ambrogio America. Sure after doing this 2 times and actually having the same person on the other end, I get no answer and they refuse to repair or send out the parts after I offered I would change this on my own (being a certified mechanic I am capable of changing two simple motors which come with the wheels hub as one parts). So now I am stock with this expensive crap and the manufacture which is actually Lawnbott as they first claimed and being the label and brand in one, does not stand to their warranty. The mower also has some very big flaws itself, it gets stuck so bad and takes ours to clean after being in wet grass, the sensors are so extreme sensitive that sometimes there are no obstacles and it turns around for no reason. The rain sensor is not adjustable at a certain time to come back on. It checks it at the end of the cycle if it stills rains. But at the end of the cycle it is the end, so it does not go back out until the new cycle begins again. The antitheft alarm is useless because you can't even hear it 10 yards away. It also does not have a modus for edge mowing. Which is so necessary and needed and most of every other mower has that. So this machine is pretty much from the features the end of the line. I regret changing this mower for my Worxs Landroid 794 which had brushless motors for blade and drive motors, edge cutting mode, adjustable rain sensor, more quite and get way less stuck. I tried so hard to pimp this mower and make it work but it is so far the worst mower to choose. And all they do to boost this mower and give it different model names is by putting more batteries in it and make you think now it is a different type mower and mows all of a sudden double or triple. But really all they do it add different battery sizes to it. Just look yourself and compare. I would never buy this brand again. The very best and most advanced robot for mowing is the Worx, comes with most features. The 2nd Best is the Robomow and Husqvarna. All the others don’t buy and really save yourself the headache they are just not there yet at all don’t save you anything, no Money no Time no nothing really. I tried all the ones listed and made my final choice. You don’t buy a bad car if you know it doesn’t last or drives reliable. Absolutely bad customer service that lied multiple times to me and tried to screw me and now does not stand to their warranty at all. I will escalate this to the better business bureau.

Expensive, unreliable lawn ornament
I was very excited about this product—at first. I was also so confident that we gave away our traditional mower. Lots of cool stuff about the LawnBott. You can program it to run daily, and even at night since it is quiet. It did not cut to the edges, so I had to trim, but that was OK. Then we began to have problems. I think the issue was with the layout of the wiring. It seems when the robot got too close to another wired zone, it took a wrong turn and went back to a previous zone for which its battery life was not programmed. It died at various spots in the yard EVERY day. I had to rescue it and return it to the charging station. The dealer gave me a loaner, new out of the box, and it did the same thing, so I was expecting the dealer to come back, fix the wiring and return my machine The dealer never showed and would not respond to my inquiries. Now I have a very expensive lawn ornament—and we had to buy a new mower. IF you choose to buy a LawnBott, find a reputable dealer who will stand by the warranty. I recently learned our dealer went out of business—with my robot inhouse. Bad deal all around.

Awesome machine!
Awesome machine!!!! I got mine a couple of months ago and it has been working perfectly! My lawn looks like a putting green all the time and I don't do a thing! It wasn't too difficult to set up but the questions I did have were answered quickly by customer service. The customer service is AWESOME by the way! If you can, I would recommend you have it installed professionally if there is a dealer in your area just to avoid the headaches of operator error but if you can't it isn't impossible to do it yourself. I love having the extra time to spend with my family and I LOVE MY LAWNBOTT!!!
