Light weight and versatile
Quick assembly and installation, used this so my 88 year old father can tote his mobility scooter around behind his car. Works good for him. His scooter is a lightweight one so it works out with his car. Folds up easily when he is parked and using his scooter. Your results may vary.

Well worth the money!
Have had this for almost two years and it is tough. Its been tapped a couple of times in traffic and still works great. Ramp is easy to use and scooter goes right up

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE. We used this on a trip from Nevada to California ONE time and it broke. When looking at the break there appeared to be rust on the metal which should not be the case unless they painted over rusty metal. We reached out to request a refund or replacement and they stated because we were passed the 30 day window they would not do anything to fix it. We spent almost $200 for it to break after oneuse and the company outright chose to not assist or own up to their poor craftsmanship. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!

Need better instructions
The instructions for assembly were terrible. The pictures weren't very clear in regard to pieces and placement. There was no itemized list that most product provide. There is no reference to a manufacture web site or number to call with questions. It's a decent product, but I expect more from even the most basic products I order online. Especially contact information. I responded to someone else who didn't even get the poor instructions.

It took a little longer to be delivered then what they said but the seller did reach out and apologize and this is such a great thing for my mother and giving her more freedom to go places and bring her scooter.

The lift didn’t work for my SUV and the seller promptly responded with return info and refund.

Meh
While this carrier works well, it's just too light weight for carrying my wife's electric power chair. The main shaft that inserts into the hitch receiver is too long and flexible. With my wife's power chair on the carrier it flexed so much that it dragged on the ground often. We replaced it with something of a heavier quality.
