good replacement filter, dont throw away old one until you get connector ends and 0-rings off of it though!
would have gave 5 stars if the replacement filter came with hose connectors and o-rings. you have to remove the old connectors and put new pipe tape on the fittings, also remove the small o-rings in the ends of the old filter and install on the new one to ensure good seal. filter worked great just feel like if I am buying a new filter it should come with the hose connectors and new O-rings.

great for aquariums
use this in a portable RO system for salt water aquarium. even after running city water thru an activated carbon filter, the nitrate/nitrites were too high & fish started dying. since started with RO system no more problems
