Very quiet and stylish!

excellent design. My guests love the lighting, and the mechanical device that goes down. The suction is powerful yet quiet. One thing I noticed though is that, in the commercial, it stated that the higher the suction, the quieter it is. That is not my experience on this one. Overall, it is still quiet. Device is very heavy and may need 3 people to install easily. Also, pay attention to the height of your ceiling. This is for an 8 ft ceiling. If you have a high ceiling house, you will need to buy an extension. Overall, I am very satisfied with my order.

It really is a pretty range hood. Very cool as it opens up and pulls in the smoke and steam off the stove top. Very simple user interface 6 buttons…off/on, lights (great lights), fan speeds, auto, clean, and clock. It’s the clock that CANNOT be changed from the preset 24 hr clock to a AM/PM 12 hr clock. The only saving grace is that the clock lights are so dim they’re not readable from far away. I won’t be using it for my kitchen clock. The saddest part are the installation instructions. I got a box of parts and no illustrations as to what the parts are called or where it’s to be used. If it wasn’t for YOUTUBE I probably still trying to figure out how to hang the beast. The 2 instructional YOUTUBE clips I found are in Chinese the install guy only spoke in Chinese but there was enough details to show how easy it really was. It big and heavy be warned…. bring help. It’s in, it works like a charm, fancy in looks and operation.

I purchased it when there was only one review on the web. I bet it's pretty new product, with some new features. It's the most expensive one on the market of this kind. I and my family are very impressed by its quietness and sucking power. The Auto function works very well which detects the amount of smoke and automatically adjust the sucking power. Before this one, I had Pacific range hood. When it's working you have to raise your voice a lot to talk. But with this FOTILE EMG9030, you can talk like it's not working.

This range hood bring a certain futuristic feel to my kitchen. It is made of stainless steel, has great impact absorption. Self-Adjusting feature lower down the suction plate when it is on."Feeling Fancy"!
