Expertise required I guess.
Multiple dog scratches on door glass from dogs. Deep enough to catch a fingernail. Used this product according to directions and you tube. Initially the process created a big foggy patch on the glass where the first grit of sandpaper (Coarsest) got rid of the scratches. The next few grits which should have been ideal for removing the foggy patch did virtually nothing and the cerium oxide did nothing. The glass is ruined. I do not think this product is defective so much as it seems probably more experience and knowledge are required to remove deep scratches from glass.
