Does a Posture Corrector Brace Work? A posture brace is the best tool to help you get started on the journey of achieving your best posture. That's the principle of tissue adaptation. Slide corrector over shoulders as though putting on a backpack. 2. Adjust tightness of straps on the front to your desired tension. 3. Pull the strap tight in an upright position. 4. Adjust the velcro, make sure it is comfortable. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash or cold water on gentle washing machine setting is recommend. Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Remove excess water and air dry away from heat. Don't iron and don't dry the brace in the dryer.

It does the job...
There's not much to this design, and I almost appreciate that very fact. It could improve on the velcro straps, etc, but overall it's a comfortable posture corrector for me. I like the fact I can take it off, easily, without taking the velcro off of the straps. A SOLID 4 STARS!

No comfort and support
It didn’t look flat, fit and comfortable as pictures on me. I didn’t feel the pull around my shoulder as I feel with other products. I gave it 3 star for the material was great.

I would give a 4star review. You can adjust the vast to fit your own size but I felt you need someone else to help you to put it on.

Super great to correct posture.
I have thoracic outlet syndrome and I’m post op. I’m trying to correct my posture.I wear it all day when I’m working at my computer. Totally works..My arm have less numbness and pain

Returning due to improper fit.
I realize that my body shape probably has to do with this, but it cut off circulation. It was awkward to adjust, and it took a little bit of readjustment to get it to where it improved my posture, and once I felt like it was on correctly I lost feeling in my fingertips. I immediately took it off, it took awhile for feeling to return. I don't know if I pinched a nerve, or if it was impeding circulation. I plan on trying a different product in the future with different adjustments.
