Those Advertising pictures are very misleading!CONS: So I bought this back in July (it is now the middle of October) and upon unboxing it, I discovered it's vastly different than the pictures shown. It IS lightweight that's for sure because it's not billowy at all like the pictures show. It is sectioned up into squares but they are larger squares than shown and no matter how I try, I can't fluff it up any better than when I first got it.PROS: The fabric is quite soft and has a quality, tight weave. The construction of this comforter though is stand out - it has excellent craftsmanship with regards to the stitching. Primo. Despite the lightweight appearance that I don't care for, it is actually very comfortable because you don't feel like you're wrestling a hibernating grizzly bear when trying to pull up the covers and cozy yourself up into bed. Also is surprisingly warm. I'm not certain that it might not have been too warm if it would have had the extra fill in it.Originally I had planned to return it because of how misled I felt, and because it's just $10-15 less that an actual down comforter. It wasn't cheap. Based on appearance I would not have expected to spend more than $25-30 on this. But due to the inconvenience of the actual return process in addition to having to take off work to make it happen, I just decided to keep it. I knew we would use it around the house, even if it was just going to be an extra blanket. It turns out, the more I have this around the better I like it. All in all, we don't hate it, I just wouldn't have wanted to spend this much on what I got but since it's well made, I think it's going to last a long while and we'll get good use out of it. Just don't buy it if your planning to use it for aesthetics.

super comfy and feels great. easy to clean

This comforter is super soft! I almost didn't want to put a duvet on it because the material is so soft. Love the loops for the duvet ties, a necessity for me! Not heavyweight but it keeps us nice and warm in our drafty home.

I expected it to be puffier, like the picture. It’s pretty flat, even after a couple months of use. So glad we switched from weird bamboo fabric to this microfiber stuff. It hold the duvet on really well. It has places for ties in four corners and along each edge. However, it stays in place really well without them. We haven’t needed to reshake it or find the corners at all. That’s why I gave it four stars. The microfiber fabric is awesome, just wish it was puffier. It’s warm enough. I haven’t had a problem with it being too cold or too hot.

This is my first try at a down alternative comforter. This one was a mixed bag. First of all, the warmth. I don’t like to be hot at night so I loved the weight of this, it is extremely thin & lightweight. If you like to be super warm, I can’t see this comforter doing it for you. I liked the looks of it also, there was no need for a duvet cover or bedspread. The white, with the tufted squares looks nice. But with all that said, I am returning it. Out of the box it had numerous loose threads. Within a few days, more appeared at the seams. So i was nervous to keep it. If I had spent a bit less, maybe I would have kept it, even knowing it may continue to come apart.

The media could not be loaded.  As you can see from my video, this was a horrible experience. I opened my Amazon package to discover the comforter that I ordered just stuffed into the box with no original packaging from the manufacture, no labeling, no packing slip, no care instructions, NOTHING!It looks as if I received a used comforter that someone just stuffed into an empty box and mailed it to me. This is completely unacceptable.I will say that the comforter itself is nice and it’s very soft and seems like it will be comfortable but now I have to wash this thing before I even attempt to put it on my bed because of the way it arrived. Based on how this comforter was packaged and shipped, I have no idea where it’s been. It’s sickening! Absolutely disgraceful!
