Racket Frame Fault

Had this racket for a couple of years. I had the strings changed once and then the frame decided to fail. Wont be buying again.

Very poor

This was advertised as new and a racquet that adds power. When it arrived the strings were so loose that it was an effort just to get the shuttlecock over the net. Not sure how long this had been hanging around but very poor and no use in it's current condition
