Does this kit come with the mounting hardware? Or is that sold separately?

Looking at the kit shown in photo, it seems the hardware is included. I have seen, and recently ordered, the tape sold seperately.

HOW LONG DOES THE STICKINESS LAST

A VERY long time. In fact, the strip is so efficient that I have had my last one up for one year and am only half way through the roll.

In addition to black flies, does it appear that horse flies and other biting flies are caught as well?

I'm not sure because we placed it near the ceiling on the inside of the barn and we seem to only have to control the black flies inside. The sticky part is a bit narrow so I'm not sure how it would handle larger flying insects.

Instructions on using

You may fasten with screws to ceiling or walls or posts in house as well as barns, . set the two spools the length needed. then every 3 - 5 days you wind up the line thats been used and this will bring new line out again.as the sticky part gradually dries up, and don't catch flies ,
