In AccuPrep Nano-Plus Plasmid Extraction Kit, nanoparticle-contained lysis buffer helps faster protein aggregation. It dramatically reduces experimental time only 10 min for mini scale, with the same yield and purity of final plasmid DNA proudct. Either Midi or Maxi kit is also available upon requirement of larger amount of DNA.
