Q: does this model have the 25 year illumination tubes?

The tubes contain Tritium, an isotope of hydrogen. I know they're good for at least 10-12 years. I don't know any isotope with a 25 year lifespan.

Q: Is crown push/pull or screw down? Is case back threaded to screw into case, or does it require the 4 actual screws? Is 7.2 oz correct weight?

Crown screws around...back case yes 4 screws...? Weight..but light and comfortable

Q: What colors are the hour, hands, 12 pos, and dial tritium markers on this?

The hour and minute hands are green and have tritium on them. The bezel has a tritium mark at the 12 position however that is the only tritium on the bezel.
