Can I use it to wax new headlight lens? Any experience?

Never applied wax, but, have in the past used Rain-ex on headlights with no fogging or other issues.

Is this wax right for lexus rx350l with obsidian color. do i need to get the zymöl hd-cleanse since the car is brand new?

Brand New has different meanings for each of us. If your car is less than 30 days old you do not need HD-Cleanse. If you car is older than 30 days please get HD-Cleanse and follow the directions. To keep that just wax look consider Zymol Spray Detailer for use in between your major waxings.

How long does this small container last? Is it only good for one application? It looks very small.

One 8 oz jar equals 12-15 applications or 6-7years. Use as directed. I have a mint looking 2003 honda Odyssey minivan. Very large vehicle.just bought my second jar couple years back.

Will this product work with cars that have been treated with paint protection from the dealership such as a teflon coatings?

This is a wax and is designed as a coating. It should be fine with work with other car finishes. As an example I put on 3 coats of wax, so wax on top of another finish to have a depth of shine. Make sure you properly prep the car (clean it well, clay bar it if necessary, etc.).
