Good quality. I'm a female and I wanted fuller coverage for breast, under arm breast, and back. The men's version is just what I need. Sizing is right on if you go buy you true measurements. However, I want a bit more compression and decided to return to get the smaller size.After sizing down, I was worried if the top would be more challenging to get on/off. It does provide me with the tighter fit I sought and surprisingly, it is pretty easy to get on/off while I'm dry.

This thing is amazing if you want to sweat. It's a game-changer for my workouts—I feel like I sweat more in this than any other top I own. The material is designed to make you sweat buckets, which is exactly what I was looking for. It fits great and holds up well in the wash, but be prepared to be drenched by the end of your session. Definitely recommend if your goal is to sweat it all out.

!!!MAKE SURE YOU HYDRATE!!! I would not recommend this solely weight loss because its mainly promoting to loss of water weight. If you are trying to drop weight for a fight or tournament this is a really good device. Like in the videos you are literally dripping sweat in that area of contact.This thing gets nasty quick it needs a wash after every use unless your trying to catch some kind of nasty bacteria infection. so If you plan to use it on the regular I'd recommend you buy a few.I give it a 4 star over all because they really don't target the proper audience. I understand targeting overweight people to loose weight is pretty much the easiest way to sell any product in america. But this product isn't going to give you the results that they show. If you wear this way to often without drinking lots of water you will get extremely dehydrated. If you are really serious about loosing weight you need to have a proper diet and work out regularly even if its just for a little while a day. Good luck to you people out there.

I bought this with the idea of sweating and working out during COVID. I am a typicalish sized lady...not a workout guru (I have curves, in other words...), and started with about 3miles a day and moved up to about 20mile/day. This was great in the summer, nice looking, and really amped up the sweat. Now that it is winter, it has doubled as a heat layer that is super comfy to work out in. I added the pants, and wash them daily...then hang dry. Warm, flexible, super great purchase. I read reviews before purchase, and some worried that fabric would rip if stretched. Just wanted to add that...well...given my shape, it *has* to stretch, and there are no tears and errors with daily use.
