I have stage 3 chronic kidney failure and get frequent urinary tract n kidney infections. Since being on these supplements the frequency of such infections has lessened, so I recommend 👌 (I take 3 a day)

Years I have suffered and once I feel a urine infection coming on I pop one or two of these and gone by the morning.

They do the job against UTI's but are very large capsules and although I take a lot of medication every day I do find them a challenging size and am seeking an alternative

Having UTI constantly for 10 years or more UCL encouraged me to try D- Mannose. I’ve been diagnosed with under-active bladder due to neurological symptoms and resistance to a lot of antibiotics so this is a life changer for me and my family I can’t begin to tell you how happy I’ve been .UTI free fir 4-5 months and found this really affordable and better strength to Holland and Barrett’s alternative
