- Dermaroller therapy is one of the most successful minimally invasive treatment approaches to improve the appearance of the skin, especially in acne scars, injury scars and stretch marks. By means of its use, wrinkles and scars are filled and the poor blood supply which is characteristic of scars is significantly improved and they lose their pale colour. The skin tightens and smoothens itself out demonstrably. Pigmentation disorders such as aging spots or melasma are visibly reduced.
- The skin will become more transparent again, feel softer, the texture will improve noticeably and the epidermis will be built up. The micro needles keep the pores open and prevent the accumulation of sebum and the resulting inflammation. It stimulates the development of the epidermis, improves the blood flow and micro-circulation.
- In the treatment with the Dermaroller, small very fine needles are used. For this reason, the method is also called micro-needling. Due to these very small needle pricks, an inflammatory response is initiated that promotes the self-healing powers of the skin and improves the skin's appearance.
