I recently purchased the Beautyblender Solid Blendercleanser in the 1 oz solid formula. How it came: It comes in a round/circle container that is about as big or maybe a bit bigger than the palm of your hand. The container twists in to two pieces and the solid "soap bar" is located inside. It also comes with a rubbery brush cleaner that you can set the "soap bar" on to dry or that you can use to help clean other brushes. How to use: I use this to clean my Beautyblender as well as any makeup brush. This is by far the BEST cleaner I have EVER used. IT works wonders! I wet the "soap bar" as well as my brush or beautyblender (whatever I am cleaning) and I rub it on the "soap bar". I rub continuously and put in the water continuously. I know when the object is clean when the "soap bar" stops pulling color from whatever I am cleaning. After I am done cleaning my brushes/beautyblender, I set the "soap bar" on top of the bright brush cleaner inside the open circle container. This aids in the drying process for the "soap bar". Overall I absolutely love this cleaner. I try to purchase it most of the time, but it is on the expensive side. You can get away with cleaning brushes with oils and soap, but I do try to buy this as often as I can. I will tell you that this is the easiest/most convenient and less messy way to clean your brushes/beautyblender! I one hundred percent recommend this product!

I use this item daily it is easy to use and cleans very well. It is not harsh on your cosmetic sponges. I would certainly recommend this item.

I was skeptical buying this product. I've used it twice now and I love it. I'll be honest, I hadn't washed one of my foundation brushes in almost a year. It just never occured to me. I would use them for about a year and just buy new ones. I used this product on one of the old foundation brushes that was caked with foundation and it took it all off. I then proceeded to clean the rest of my brushes and they seem as good as new. It was easly to clean them. I ran the brush under water and then swished it around the top of the soap bar. Underneat the soap bar, you'll find a little plastic item with holes between it. I took it out and rubbed the brush across this (with soap on the brush) and the makeup started coming right off and going down the drain. I repeated this process several times until it washed clean. Then, I patted the excess water off the brushes and laid my brushes flat to dry. (I read it you leave them standing up to dry the water will make the glue adhesive eventually come off the brushes) I tried putting the plastic grate on top of the soap bar as I saw someone else recommended, but this leaves lines in the soap and I found I was using more soap when I didn't need to. I barely even made a dent in the soap bar and I washed 6 brushes that hadn't been cleaned in ages, so I imagine this will last a long time. It was so easily to use, I'll be sure to wash them regularly now. I also bought a product to spritze them into between uses, since I can't wash them everyday. However, I like this better as the spritz spray does not seem to take much off.

The soap is OK, but the real winner is the pink scrubbing tool. The little raised bumps are great for working product out of brushes and blending sponges. I wish it was a little easier to hold (hard to juggle the soap, scrubbing tool, and your brush/blender at the same time), but it gets the job done effectively. I would have liked a place to put my fingers like in the KINGLAKE®2 Pcs Makeup Brush Cleaner Cosmetic Makeup Brush Egg Silicone Cleaning Glove Little Scrubber Tool Mini Washboard for Make-Up Brushes , though. When done, you can set the soap bar to dry (so it doesn't get gross and slimy) on top of the pink mat, and the raised lines/holes on the bottom allow air to get around all sides

It sure does the job that it was made for. The amount of makeup that came out of my beauty blender that I'd never deep cleaned before was appalling. Now I know how easy it is to do so it'll be a semi regular occurrence. I also really liked the lavender scent cause it was noticeable without being overpowering.

I am very impressed and really like the compact, travel friendly design. I'm actually new to the beauty blender (after 25+ years of wearing make-up!) and think it's really great and kinda a fun new gadget. I was worried about getting bacteria and never getting totally clean tho. I read mixed reviews on the cleaner by Beauty Blender and just tried using my MAC brush cleaner I had on hand. I've always liked the gentle fragrance free formula and it's always effective on my brushes w no effect on my sensitive skin. It cleaned the sponge, but still left residue from foundation. So I went ahead and tried out this cleaner and couldn't believe how it took all the make-up out of my sponge in a second. So then I tried it on my brushes. Honestly, I could have just kept cleaning stuff I was having so much fun with how clean all my applicators were getting LOL! It's pretty flippin' great, and so far I haven't experienced any negative effects on my skin and my sponge and brushes are all like new!!!

This product is absolutely the best cleanser I've ever purchased. After watching the instructions at the BK Beauty web site, I used it to clean my brushes and it does an amazing job. You only need a little bit of product so I expect it to last me quite a while. It took just a few seconds for each brush, then a quick rinse. They dried beautifully and now look like new. Highly recommend.
