I love these cards for older kids working on body awareness/ coordination. It’s a fun way to incorporate exercises that my kids need to help them strengthen and visually process instructions.

My son's therapists use these exact cards to add variety in their routine. My son enjoys them and will actually choose them as the reward he would like to earn once he completes the other OT/PT challenges. So it's a win-win for us! He chooses Yogarilla over going down a slide or into a bouncy! The cards are a quality product and easy to understand and use. It's amazing to see what positions we as typical people take for granted. I knew my son was challenged but Wow, we are starting with the most basic moves. We'll be practicing each and every card!!! The pictures are cute and child friendly, too.

These cards were a perfect complement to physical and occupational therapy and help build coordination and core strength. The visual poses of Otis the Gorilla are easy for little ones to understand and follow. I personally prefer the larger Yogarilla package that has more cards, named poses, and written instructions to help parents/therapists assist little ones in achieving poses. However, at less than half of the Yogarilla cost we were able to benefit from this company’s more limited deck. The cards were standard playing card thickness with a coated (but not laminated) surface. The tin was durable as a storage solution and easy to open and close, but the raised notch to help hold the lid closed did not seem very secure. Over time I believe this could lead to the lid opening unintended, while being carried about or held upside down.

It helps really well with body mechanics

I love these cards. I like that they have standing exercises and table ones too. These exercises encourage children to pose like the monkey. They want look just like OTis the monkey. I also like that they include cross body poses to encourage crossing midline.

These have been fun to use during occupational therapy with pediatrics.

Great resource for building core muscle stability and body awareness.

The box was a bit hit in the back but the cards were ok.

Slightly disappointed in the size of the cards. I was hoping they were going to be more like the yogarilla cards.
