I rarely review, but if you are going to buy 6 bottles of this stuff I figure I should at least let people know my experience. I saw all the mixed reviews prior to purchase, but chalked it up to different tastes. I bought the stuff b/c I REALLY wanted good tasting popcorn...Well, my experience was not bad like some reviews said, I just found it had no taste at all. So, I've found an alternative use for it, I use if in cooking when the soybean oil will suffice. Seems to be working well for that, hence the 3-star review.Update: 09/06/2020For the longest time I couldn't figure out why so many people loved the flavor of this stuff and other people said no flavor at all. I ran out of butter to use on my popcorn so I tried this again, lo and behold tasted just like the stuff at the movie theater . The difference? I added salt! and not much just a little sprinkle tossed it around and BOOM. I don't add salt to the buttered popcorn, so I just didn't do it with the oil. Try it you will be so happy. And the price is great for the 6 bottles.

This oil works fine but the yellow color fools you into thinking it’s buttery. There is no butter taste at all. Kinda disappointed.

Very good for making popcorn, using 3 table spoons of oil for 1/2 cup kernels is the best, especially in combination with one of those stove top popcorn makers and the Orville popcorn kernels, and some flavacol (aka the secret ingredient that makes movie theater popcorn so good) and some salt. Making your own popcorn with this combo is cheap, easy, and generally recommended if you care about popcorn alot, but don't care about making it from "scratch". Would definitely recommend if you want to make fast popcorn, it won't be the same as the microwave, but with the right dedication, you can make better popcorn than the movie theaters.

There is popcorn. Oil is really good. The qualities is really good it unfortunately has a lot of corn and starch and oils and it’s really not that healthy for you but overall, it tastes amazing if you want that movie theater butter popcorn experience. This is the closest you’re gonna get to it.

I have tried lots of popcorn oils and this one is by far the best! Tastes buttery and the quality is good. Came with the cap wrapped to prevent any leakage, so that was a nice added packaging touch! Good size as to what fits in a kitchen cupboard without taking up too much space. Doesn’t stick to your pans when making stove top popcorn. I have heard you can coat popcorn kernels in this and put them in a paper bag and just pop it in a microwave or air fryer too. I haven’t tired that yet as I don’t own a microwave. But I AM going to try it in the air fryer. That would be super easy to do and create less cleanup as well. Creates tasty popcorn, and can be used as a topping instead of butter. Cheaper than my local grocery too. Thanks Amazon!
