Another great book from the fancy Nancy collection!

We love Fancy Nancy stories at our house. Nancy's girly character complete with sparkles and boas appeals to my little girl. I love the great language that O'Connor uses and how she expands my daughter's vocabulary. The stories are good and wholesome with great lessons set against a backdrop of a loving home life. The illustrations make the book.

What is there to not like about Fancy Nancy? She is such a character. In this book, she is excited about a sleepover, and she wants to comfort her little sister who has never slept away from home. As the story progresses, who is the one that really gets a little nervous? Beautifully illustrated as well.

Cute story, wonderful illustrations!

I have always read Fancy Nancy books to my granddaughter, who is now 6. She loves them, and so do I. This new one is right up there with the best books for little girls!
