i dislike the taste. So I used the dropper and put it as close to my throat as possible. My cough and sore throat went away within a few days. Good herb to keep in the fridge

The taste is not pleasant, depending on the person, for me I do not like the taste, however I find it helpful to chase it with tea or my kombucha. You can add this to your tea if you like.
