As the saying goes you get what you pay for. The quality I believe is good for a great price. I plane a lot of cedar, between 1700 to 2500 board feet. The amount of product It produces validates the price. Very little diminishing of the quality over time. Overall, I am well pleased with my purchase.

These blades cut better than the blades my dewalt planer came with. It is like having a new planer. I will never buy dewalt blades again.

2nd Time I got these for my Husband and we be getting more.

I’m still using these knives six months after purchase. They were sharp and were precisely cut fir a perfect fit. The HSS blades hold up well in soft woods but do not last for very long in hardwoods. After about seven hours of planing various widths and lengths of walnut, with some hard and soft knots, one set of blades had dulled to the point that after installing the second set of knives that the planing time per board-foot per 64th of an inch was cut in half. If a lot of planing is to be done, particularly on hardwoods, then get the carbide edged knives. Overall, I’d buy these again for incidental use, especially if for softwoods.

These are great replacement blades for my planer. I plane a lot of hard oak boards, and they hold up for quite a while before getting dull. Comes with 2 sets so I always have a backup. I wish I could sharpen them .

Cheaper than original replacements and in my opinion… works just as good. Both sets I’ve used fit perfect and I have already placed an additional order.
