Dear Pelican Team,I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of the Pelican Storm IM3200 on Amazon. I've heard a lot about great quality of Pelican cases, but this paint quality is just ridiculous to see on $240+ case. The case looks sturdy, but if the problems are outside, they should be inside as well.There are paint marks, some grains under the paint, paint spots. We all want our cases to look brand new at least on the first day of use. There are even some paint chips in some places.I am not planning to return it, since I need it badly right now and simply have no time to go back and forth with the return department, but just wanted to draw your attention to the quality control issue. Pass it to the manufacturing team - this is just ridiculous to have such problems at this price point!I am also feeling that 25$ to send it back after the first day of ownership is crazy. Otherwise, you can not contact support.
