I ordered this to match the Arthur Court Elephant paper towel holder I got. There was a little bit on the spoon holder that was not covered with the aluminum but I was sent another one immediately that was perfect. I'm very happy!

In the pictures, it [accurately] shows the elephant’s eye as black. However, the little eye jewel on it is actually red (which is super creepy). I’m not going to return it because everything else is cool, but I AM going to paint it black (Rolling Stones-style). ;)

it is beautifully made solid, brilliant detail, yet practical as a spoon rest cleaning it is easy and it is pretty impressive just to look at just sitting on the bench in the kitchen!
