will this fit a Dell Vostro 5481 (14in)?

If you choose 15/15.6" , then you have more space for your accessories. If you choose 13/13.3", it fits perfectly. But not so much space for the accessories.

What size is the pouch? Will it fit mouse, charger and cables?

It about 6 1/2in long, 4in tall, and 2in wide. It fits all of my charging cords for iPad, laptop, and phone, plus headphones and a converter. Should fit a mouse and cables fine.
