This is an awesome item! The only thing I would change is having the ability to adjust the amount of pressure. My husband & I both enjoyed using this item, but our backs & necks were tender the next day. It totally got rid of my hubby's headache though, so we still consider it a "win".

I'm a happy camper with this one! The only problem might be that the neck massage heads could snap your neck if you lay it between them. Minor issue. I use this with the "back" under my legs and massage them one at a time with the foot lightly resting against the neck part. Bye bye leg cramps!

In general I like this. However, the butt pad is a bit small. I would like it to be a little longer. Also, it would be nice if it had a more gentle setting.

Better than the Homedics massage roller and $50 cheaper. This one goes all the way down to the lower back and up to the upper back AND this has a neck massager attached and the cushion you sit on vibrates! Very very happy with this product. There is also a car adapter if you choose to use it while driving (which I wouldn't recommend).

Great for back massage, but since the neck/shoulder massager cannot be adjusted, I can't even use it. The next time I buy a full back/neck/shoulder massager, I will try it out in person first.

love it! This item is used frequently and it does the job. seems to be holding up so far. I have been using this for almost a year now without any problems. great product!

This chair is awesome. I do wish they had different sizes as the standard ones are best fitted for an average height back but this chair feels really good!
