Are these made in China?

No. They are made in Duluth, Ga. USA. I would never give my dogs anything made in China.

Where is the ingredient list?

I had to call their number and then got transferred to their vet tech who said they do not have to list the ingredients because this is considered a medical treatment: wheat gluten, corn oil, soy and rice flour, pork gelatin, sucralose, celulose, calcium, phosphorous, vanillan, potassium sorbate, green color: alfalfa, chlorophyl, parsley flakes. plus demopinol

Are these dental chews soft?

not really, if you have a small dog like I do I have to cut up in several pieces for him to eat. A large dog will have no problems. If they were soft they would not clean the teeth.

I have a min pin that is between 9 and 10lbs. I'm not sure which size treats to get him. The extra small or small. What would you recommend?

Hello! I am not a vet, but I would recommend the small since the extra small only go up to 9 lbs dogs. I have had my Chi on these since I rescued her 5 years ago. I give 1/2 in the am and the other 1/2 in the pm. She has had no teeth or gum issues whatsoever. My vet said she is a poster child for these dental chews. I highly recommend them.
