this snow cone maker works great and is very easy to use! it gives you a crunchy snow cone ice, but soft at first. it takes a bit for it to melt and makes snow cones at rapid speed. it’s great for birthday parties! lightweight so good for travel.

Works very well, has an on and off feature which others don't. A little noisy, but normal.

This snowcone maker delivers great shaved ice. I like the retro deco styling. It has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. It needs them because it shakes like crazy. There is no button to push. You just turn the cap counterclockwise to start. You don't need to use the included snow cone shell if you don't want. We put our drinking glasses under the spout and let it fill them. What I really don't like is that the cover is hard to turn when you need to turn off the machine. It could operate better but the end product made for a couple of great margaritas!

Easy to use and the ice comes out exactly how you saw it in the pictures. The taste is whatever you make it doesn’t give any different taste other than what you make. It doesn’t have a smell, the speed and quality is good.

Love this little machine! It makes a nice shaved ice. My son wanted one for Christmas. It’s user friendly and a good size so it doesn’t take up too much counter space. It doesn’t come with any syrups so you will have to purchase them separately but this is definitely a good, affordable start and great for kids who want snow cones!

This is a great device for instant fun with kids! If you purchase this machine, I am warning you to be sure your ice cubes are rather small or they will not grind. It took a short while for me to realize that the large ice cubes was why it seemed like the machine wasn't working at first. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I wish I could put slightly larger ice cube chunks, for example if two cubes stick together, into the machine. When you purchase the paper cups and scoopy-straws to go with the machine, you'll be set to go! The commercial flavoring have some undesirable ingredients, but you can use frozen fruit juice concentrates or all fruit concentrated juices. We have used both. The commercial artificially flavored syrups to come in lots of flavors and they are bright colors. The white cup holder-stands that come with the machine are very nice too. My granddaughter just told me to say the following: "When you use the stands, it is the only way you can set it (the snow cone) down for a minute."
