I only ordered this because I managed to break one of the china gravy boats that my wife uses for our Christmas dinner, that we'd had for many years... I was a dead man walking and had to find a replacement before she found out (haha).. after it arrived, and I finally confessed to my act of neglectfullness, she actually like it... it's actually a much better option than a standard gravy boat, as it keep whatever is in it hot for anything up to 90 minutes or so, which means that she doesn't have to prepare sauces and gravy at the very last minute... (happy wife, happy life, eh lads?)... To be completely honest, a few days after I ordered this one and it arrived, I found the exact same one for sale in Aldi at a much lower price, so I got her 2 more from there, but they only have them at certain times of year, so, if you're looking for a better solution than the standard porcelain gravy boat and need to save your bacon by replacing a broken one, I'd definately recommend you get one of these. We just used them for our Christmas dinner with gravy, bread sauce and cheese sause in them and they kept everything hot, right to the end of the meal... I know, because I had third helpings! Definately buy one! (or more)

Quality product, nice size handle and easy lid to open. Good value for money and well recommended.

Arrived as advertised. Used on Xmas day. Everyone thought it was fancy. Most importantly it kept the gravy hot. Would recommend.

We have been looking for a milk jug with a lid for ages, and unable to find one in any shop. This fits the criteria perfectly. It looks Great and does the job. Pours well and has enough capacity for us to use on a daily basis basis. We hand wash it.

Brought this after Christmas ad a measuring jug for the gravy on the table didn’t look good! This jug is insulated and easy to handle, keeps gravy warm. Looks nice and pours well and isn’t too heavy either. Thoroughly recommend!

In common with other reviewers, after a while it developed a leak in the insulated area which leads to stale water sloshing about. To investigate the leak I looked more closely, and it gets worse. It's a cheaply made unit, the plastic top unscrews from the base which makes it easier to manufacture in different sizes and with different finishes.. I unscrewed it to investigate the leak, and the join had small particles of food trapped in it which could potentially lead to contamination. Taking the unit apart isn't recommended because the metal inside is quite sharp, and there's a flimsy seal and plastic ring that need removing and cleaning by themselves. Although it looks nice and does keep gravy warm enough, I think the product is deeply flawed... so I decided to buy a different brand and guess what - THEY ARE ALL THE SAME JUG, every comparable product is made in the same factory and when you really dig down into the reviews, they have the same faults. I've been unable to find one that's really different, and it's not just Amazon.. this jug is EVERYWHERE. So it's worse than just being a poor product, it's a poor product with little alternative because of the illusion of choice.

It is not sealed, when wash it water goes inside & traps, leaks when pouring.

Lagom stora. Förvärm med varmvatten och såsen håller sig varm längre.

Bought this to replace a gravy boat & keep gravy hot at the table, it looks smart & works really well. Will be purchasing another for custard when autumn arrives...

Très satisfaite de ce petit saucier.Bonne grandeur pour y servir des sauces , crèmes , coulis etc. et très jolie. Pour l’avoir utilisé pour des sauces d’accompagnement je peux dire qu’étant isotherme il garde parfaitement la chaleur . Je recommande cet article polyvalent.
