Works just like the original.
I bought this servo from Amazon because of my old one going up in flames (I didn't know about Traxxas warranty claims at this point) so I went ahead and bought this. It is the exact same as the stock, and it worked and was compatible right away. And it hasn't burned out yet! ;)

The servo is good I just not strong enough 40oz for my need ...
The servo is good I just not strong enough 40oz for my need and it stripped the gears out in it I have an 80oz now and it works fine

Very nice tough servo
This product is very tough and good looking. It almost seems as if it has as much power as what real cars and trucks have for there power steering . Over all it is a very nice servo that is used on the traxxas 1/16 scale r/c trucks.

Plastic gears
The servo work when I got it so no complaints against amazon but these crappy servos strip so often its not fun driving my car. I've tried everything to reduce the impact on the servo ie. limiting the movement reducing the power on the servo saver but it still strips. I should have just bought a metal geared servo.
