Great Product and Customer Service
At the insistence of my doctor, the only compression hosiery I've been wearing for years has been the Sigvaris Dynaven. I never had a complaint until the last pair which ran and tore so quickly that I knew it had to be a faulty lot number or something unusual. I couldn't believe it when after writing a brief note to the company, I received a replacement pair and a lovely note within a week. The great customer service is not the only reason I will be sticking with this brand. I was told several years ago that they can do nothing more with my knees short of total replacement. Horrified watching my husband go through six surgeries, I vowed never to go through it. I wear these stockings from the time I get up until bed because these have stopped my need for knee replacement. They certainly don't promote them for this reason, but unbelievably it works for me. I don't even wear my elastic knee braces anymore because the 20-30mmHg is saving me so far. Can't say it will work for you, but for me so far so good!

These really look like tights and not your grandmother's support hose. I like them a lot and will re-order them. My only issue is that the foot part is really narrow on my wide feet, and really long on my short feet. My personal rating for them would be 4 1/2 stars. But that's more about my 7.5WW feet than about the hose. I recommend them (the hose, not my feet!).

Great fit, support and comfort
I am 5’9” and weight 225 lbs. I am curvy and these fit great!!! I purchased LL and LT in black and tan color. They are long enough for me and stretch enough in the areas I need it. Since I wear them underneath my jeans they do tend to gather around my knee but it’s not alit and only after wearing them for 4-6 hours at a time. I definitely recommend this product. Great quality!!

Not worth the money
Honestly, bought these 3 years ago and completely forgot I had them. Wearing compression regularly now and decided to try them. I have czsalus that are lower compression, easy to put on & comfortable to wear. They feel good all the way to the waist.not enough compression, but very durable & wearable. I also have Jobst that are also 30-40. Both the Jobst and Sigvaris are similar in difficulty to apply (as expected for the amount of compression). They both resemble reverse control top pantyhose. Tight below the shins and uncomfortably loose around abdomen. The Jobst have gotten a run each time I wore them, but have survived multiple applications. The sigvaris have been on once and did not feel like anywhere near the same compression as the Jobst and trying to apply them the second time, my hand went right through them, so that has been a complete waste of money. I cannot afford to spend over $100 for compression that can’t make it past 1 wear when it’s supposed to be daily. They are way too expensive for this. On my part I made an error in getting long, so they were bunching at either knee or hips and the constriction became unmanageably uncomfortable after a few hours.

Finally a pair that fits for long legs
After trying around a dozen different compression leggings or stockings, I finally found one that actually fits a person with long legs (5'10"). All the others (and even some of the Sigvaris' other types) were a bear to get on and the crotch would hang halfway to my knee but not these ones!! They are easier to get on with the little foot thingie and I am not having to hike them up constantly. I'm pleased -- bought a second pair. The only thing I'm not totally crazy about is that it is open toe (but I don't like closed toe either) and so there is a ridge on the bottom of my foot where they end and it is uncomfortable to me.

I Will Purchase Again
I was hesitant to purchase these because the picture Online did not match the description. The description prevailed and I was highly satisfied with my purchase. I have long legs and Sigvaris is the brand I landed on after trying quite a few different brands. I have purchased both Medium and Large but because I fall into the “crossover area” on the sizing chart I prefer the larger size due to the length of the upper portion of my leg measurements.

Not recommend
My other pantyhose have some degree of compression all the way up. These have no compression at all from the upper thigh to the waist. The result is a poor and very uncomfortable fit. I am very disappointed in the product.

comfortable, soft and supportive
I’m on my feet all day, and these pantyhose help my legs feel less tired at the end of the day. I’ve tried other brands, but those often have very stiff fabric that feels uncomfortable when bending my legs or squatting. This brand stands out because it’s both soft , stretchy in all directions and supportive. It doesn’t bunch uncomfortably around the knees or ankles, offers a longer length option, and the waistband isn’t overly tight.
