Integreat tablets for the evening: Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K1, Magnesium citrate, Calcium, Selenium, Manganese gluconate, Chromium, Mallow, Chamomile, Lipoic acid. Directions Take the yellow-orange tablet in the morning and the blue tablet in the evening, immediately after meals. We recommend taking larger quantities of water throughout the day. Food supplement formulated for the treatment of chronic diseases: it is recommended to use the product for at least 30 days and to replicate the intake over a prolonged period of time. Safety Warning Take the tablets with water or other edible liquids. The product contains magnesium, aloe vera, mallow and chamomile: in the elderly and in other particularly sensitive subjects these ingredients can promote diuresis and cause diarrhea. Perfect if you dont want to take lots of different supplements.
Just what I was looking for after bariatric surgery. Saves me taking lots of different tablets and theyre not as big as some other brands which I find hard to swallow. All the packaging and labels are in Italian but it's simple enough to figure out that one is for morning and one for evening. Very happy with them.

Not suitable immediately after Bariatrics surgery
Say suitable throughout Bariatrics surgery however they aren’t chewable (taste is unbearable) they aren’t dissolvable and they are bigger than recommended for after surgery other than that they are ideal
