We have had our set now for several weeks now and are really enjoying it. The actual installation was simple and easy says my wife who put the set together except for the two chairs which took both of us to assemble. The set looks good and we would buy again.Our only complaint is the cushions. The material stained after getting wet from a rain storm that came through. We live in a high wind region and the rain blew in under our patio cover. I can’t say the cushions are comfortable as the foam used is not of a high density. So we will be having new cushions made.My biggest complaint is they are made in China. I personally am tired of buying Chinese made products. I tried looking before buying to see where the set was made and couldn’t find that information. Let’s start making things again in the USA!

So far so good on this patio set. The only delivery issue was that a couple of the subs on the bottom of one the chairs were missing. I called it in and a set of four was sent. Unfortunately, they only sent the plastic stubs and not the clips that secure them to the ring, so I haven't installed them yet. Other than that, everything was there. You don't need any tools for assembly since everything is connected by hex screws that come with their own allen wrench. One person can certainly do the job, just don't tighten completely until you have all the screws in place since there's a certain amount of tension involved in fitting the parts together. The cushions seem a bit stiff but not unreasonably so. The plastic wicker could be sturdier, and we'll have to see how it holds up. We're actually using the set in a sun room, so the rust that some reviewers have noted should not be a problem in our case. Overall, we like the purchase.

Very happy so fare. I got the furniture a little over 2 months. The Cushions are thick and its comfortable. Love the Olive green and the dark brown. The table has a little rust in a conner and the 3 person sofa the legs where the metal bolt it rusting already. I bought covers to help protect it a bit longer. I do live in Florida we get a lot of rain. They say that it's RUST-RESISTANT durable steel frames. It's probably rust- resistant paint. I't not Stainless steel. But i'm ok with it. The coffee table was the hardest to but together and the 2 swivel chairs gave me a little hard time. I put it together by my self, no need to have 2 people.

We love ours. All pieces are very comfortable, sturdy and have held up well for the past 5 months. We spend a lot more time enjoying our covered deck now. Yes, it was kind of a pain to put together, not a major pain, just ran into places where a screw would not line up very good, until I backed out one or a few of the previous ones to free things up a bit. So, I finally figured it out on the last piece... when the instructions say not to tighten all the way, if you only get the screws started a couple of threads, the rest will be easier to line up. I would have given 5 stars, but there was missing hardware, which they sent promptly after I contacted them, but I had to wait until the next weekend to finish putting it all together. Also, one of the Sofa cushions seemed as it was smashed in packing and we figured it might 'fluff up' after a while, but it didn't and I never bothered with trying to get it replaced.

Okay...I really like the set but remember when things were made in the USA? the holes are machined just enough off that it is SUCH a struggle to put together. ...and then there is that 'no tools needed' advertisement. R U kidding? Make the screw heads work with normal tools instead of a 2 bit allen wrench. ...that takes FOREVER to use...yeah..you need tools to make short work of it. However...the set is great when you get it all together. Nice cool green. Cushions are comfy and the couch is comfortable. I'm glad I purchased it, but it was a pain to put together.Addendum: it is now October, I have enjoyed this patio set immensely. It's attractive and comfortable, heavy, solid, etc. However..I think I will have to have the cushions redone. Mildew has taken over. It was a very rainy season, the set in in a screened in porch, but I don't believe the fabric holds up well in these conditions.

The same day the set was put together it started to rain. While protecting the furniture from the rain water pooled on the cover and when it spilled over it leaked on one of the sofa cushions. The sun quickly came out and the cushion was set to dry however upon drying it left very large water marks and now it appears someone "had an accident" on the cushion - the fabric dye washed away. Unfortunately, the water marks are on both sides so there is no way to flip the cushion hiding the damage. The manufacturer claims the cushions are "stain-resistant" however I would hate to see what happens if a beverage is spilled on the cushions if water did such damage - most likely ruined requiring replacement. While the set is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable the fabric is not designed for the elements. We purchased the set for the open deck however have now rearranged other furniture and placed it under the covered patio. Because of this event we worry about everyday use.

Ordering, tracking & delivery a snap. Courteous, accommodating delivery crew. Quality of all items very good, especially the swivel rockers. Solid cushions. Comfortable seating. Nothing to complain about, especially at the price. However, one word of advice. Have your own tools for assembly. The tiny Allen wrench provided is inadequate for the job. BUT as with all on line orders EXPECT to use your own tools. My son & I took 2 hours from unpacking, thru assembly to clean up using cordless screw drivers with Allen bits. Made the job much easier. No reason to deduct a star since it's what I expected. Great set for my needs filling a space on a 3 season porch where we removed a hot tub.
