I mounted this knife holder inside my new cabinet after carefully measuring for fit. The knife rack is a beautiful piece of wood with a very nice, durable finish. You can see from the photo how many small knives I've put up. The knives and the shears adhere snugly and haven't jostled loose-even with the constant opening and closing the door. Another reviewer said theirs didn't stick. I think that's 'operator error', because mine has been up for more than a week with no issues. The packaging is great- be sure and real ALL the things-keep the instructions for the removal. Someone at the company has a fun sense of humor- be sure and read the handwritten note that comes in the packaging. This is a beautiful and totally functional product. You shouldn't hesitate to buy one.

This worked perfectly for what we wanted to use it for, holding cell phones while c harging. Saves counter space. Pretty well made and nicely finished. The face is very shiny, almost epoxy coated. It appears it's constructed by taking a block of wood, routing out a groove, inserting a magnet and applying a veneer. You can slightly see the space where the magnet is as a ripple in the finish.Packaging was nice and instructions were fun and offered personal touches to reinforce this is not a mass produced item. Made in usa.We did test it with knives and it holds them very securely, larger ones more so it seems.

2 Feb 19 - easy to install, excellent hold, sturdy, and looks good5 Sep 19 - the adhesive came cleanly and unexpectedly loose. Thankfully no one was injured, and nothing else broken.

This product looks great and does hold knives up. However! ....after a couple months it will fall off the wall and come crashing down with several knives on it while you’re standing by the sink jumping out of the way from falling knives as you watch them break glass and whatever else is underneath it.Highly recommend NOT buying this product for the sole purpose that you can not actually mount it to the wall.

Wow these are really nice! Ordered one, as soon as we put it up we decided that we’d get another. Nice finish and really holds the knifes. Super easy to install with the attached 3m super tape! Backing on the tape is a bit difficult to remove, but I guess that’s a good sign. Stuff sticks extremely well. If we decide we need more knife storage we will definitely buy these again.UPDATE:A few weeks ago the super strong adhesive, that’s held the block since purchase failed! Knives, block all fell dropping onto dishes that were drying on the counter below. Breaking a few wine glasses..TodAy the second one we bought fell and broke our fruit bowl.UghhhhhGonna have to drop the rating.

The magnet is strong and holds even my heaviest knife (a big, beefy cleaver). The surface is high gloss, which I didn't realize (the pics don't show it well, IMO). The gloss is not super hard and has already scratched, but the knives cover it up well. It went up easily; the adhesive has held well and doesn't look like it will fail anytime soon. Beautiful woodgrain.

Very well made. Exactly what I was looking for. Works very well. Keeps knives secure but they are easy to remove. Love the natural grain in the wood. But best of all the vhb adhesive let me put it anywhere. No holes to drill or screws to find a place fir. Very happy with the product and the humor in the packaging made my day. Definitely recommend if you need a good attractive knife holder.Update: fell off wall twice. Went to my shop and grabbed my Gorilla tape, removed their tape that wasn't working and installed 4 pieces of Gorilla tape. 6 months later it's still there..

Very nice quality knife holder! Looks nice, works great. Very strong magnetic hold. It is thicker than most magnetic strips so it makes it easier to grab the knife handle to remove it to use it. Very easy to install with clear (written in plain English) instructions. Made in USA!
