Hurt my back many years ago.I can not count how many chairs I have had..and how many sofas I have sa t on.all too soft.desperation really made us try this !.just put some foam seating on it..heaven!.will see how long it lasts,it looks sturdy.does take two to put it together.hubby did it in this order...one set of legs on..stool held up other end ,we both then put back On ..then second set of legs.we just went slowly..is common sense.so..I'm really pleased with it .

I love the look and comfort so much of this bench that I have bought 4 of them, the fourth is in its way! I will add pics soon.The bench is very pleasing to the eye and very inviting to sit on, as well as being very comfortable. Often when passing the benches, I am tempted to sit down, just for a few mins, as they look so inviting, and it ends up as a meditative relaxing session, as I relax and enjoy the scenery around me and just take a few moments to quieten down. Before the benches were there, it was always rush, rush, busy, busy, but with the benches, especially having 4 of them, I am reminded to, and motivated, plus rewarded to sit down and take a few moments to relax and de-stress.There have been times at night, when it has gone midnight and I have passed one of the benches, and again motivated to sit down to watch the stars and the moon. That was very blissful.I had a friend build the benches for me. First attempt was tricky but we eventually got it, and the second and third benches were easier to build.I have a large front and back garden which needed benches and I am very glad to have chosen these ones. 🙂😊UPDATE:. It has been a few months now since I had the benches, and they will be needing varnishing at some point, which is normal, to bring their colour back to tip top condition. It is easy enough to do, as I do similar with my garden doors and decking.There are some scratches where my cat used the bench as a scratching pole bit these were easily sanded out. Where my dogs had jumped on and off from one bench frequently, that has claw marks, but again easily taken care off when varnishing it to as new, which I knew I would have to do yearly.I remain very happy with these benches and very happy I bought 4. Very comfortable and inviting. 🥰

My wife really likes this bench and I have to confess it has a lot of features to commend it. She particularly finds it comfortable to relax at leisure in the garden. She says that our previous hardwood bench is too utilitarian and "bulk upright". That one has now been demoted to the back of the garden.I would be inclined to describe it as somewhat rustic with a honey pine stain.Just as important is the responsiveness of the seller. They stepped up immediately when I reported a small problem and shipped a replacement piece next-day.

This is a substantial piece of garden furniture, there is nothing cheap or inadequate about it's build or presentation. It has a comfortable, high back seating position.Simple to build, you will need a pozzy screwdriver and a 13mm ring spanner.Highly recommended

This was very easy to assemble, is sturdy and well made. It’s comfy as well! It makes a good addition to the garden.

I was very pleased with this purchase. It is solid, yet comfortable, and looks good at the back of my garden. It should last a good few years

Assembly-the picture guide for assembling this bench is so tiny you can hardly make the instructions out. a larger picture with clear directions showing which screw goes where will be much helpful.also am not sure if this bench will last. the bar at the top of the back rest is wobbly. it moves and feels like it will fall off soon or if someone leans on it, it will just fall off. it clearly wasn't fitted properly but am not sure if its just the one i got.There is a chip on the bench. see picture.lastly the colour is dull. its not as bright/shiny or nicely polished as you see in the pictures.UPDATEI had a call from Garden 2 Home and spoke to Ian(the director for the company). i must say it was real nice talking to someone with an understanding of customer service. Ian recognised there is an issue and dealt with the issues i raised and gave me a few options to get the issue resolved.Issue with the bench now resolved and am keeping it. thank you Ian.
