Great Product !!
I stays in Bangalore and weather conditions are very poor these days. I am using it for my bedroom (12 × 12). It daily takes out 5 litres of water every night. It really made a difference in the air which feels really fresh and comfortable. Even my son noticed the difference and says, now no smell in the room and breathing is easy.

Service complaint
Have to get in touch with the service section for this product. It is still in warranty.The water keeps flowing from the tray and the unit does not cut off when the water tray is full which was the case earlier.Please would request the unit to be either exchanged or the service team set it right.Thanks

Lowers humidity
Working well as far as lowering the humidity. I have now connected the pipe to an external bucket & it fills up depending on the humidity level outside. But I think the timer is not working now.

Dont make the mistake of buying
Horrible product . Just doesnt work . Have tried it so many times, hasnt collected a drop of water simce . Also contacted customer care who was suppose to get back to me , but they neither sent a person nor did they call . So pls. Dont buy and waste your money.

Do no buy the product. You will not get any service from the company or from customer service even if the product is in Warranty. You keep on calling but people keep on saying we will look into it. But you don't get any service or call back.
